Ready Set Go! 1 Day Workshop

Location: St. Andrew’s United Church

Buzz to enter the church.
Access to the third floor by elevator only.
Closest subway station: Yonge & Bloor
Parking: there is $10 flat rate parking on the South West corner of Bloor and Church St.
Registrations will open at 9:30 am and the workshop will begin promptly at 10:00 am.
There will be a 60-minute break for lunch. You can pack a lunch or go to one of the restaurants nearby.
Snacks and tea/coffee will be provided.
There is filtered water on location. Bring a water bottle to refil on site.
Below are some suggestions to prepare us for the workshop and some boundaries to keep us safe.
Bring an Open Mind, an Open Heart and be Loving and Gentle with Yourself throughout the day.
The Ready Set Go workbook will be provided. Bring a Journal/Writing Paper and Pen/Pencil.

Be kind, courteous and respectful of all members.

Ready Set GO! is an introduction to the 12 Steps of ACA and the ACA Solution: becoming your own Loving Parent and developing a healing relationship with your Inner Child.
Registration fee is $40 (covers the rental space, RSG book, coffee, tea and snacks)
